These terms apply to this website and to the services of HealthySun Energy Associates, a proprietorship of Saleem Haris, GSTIN 33ACFPH4635M2ZJ, Pallavaram, Chennai. By using the site or our services, you accept them.
Our services
- Design, supply, installation and maintenance of rooftop solar systems (on-grid, hybrid and off-grid) for homes and businesses.
- Help with subsidy, net-metering and approval applications.
- HealthySun Academy: solar technical and business training, online and in person.
Reports, estimates and quotes
- Savings and feasibility reports are estimates based on the information you give us and typical generation in Chennai. Actual generation and savings depend on your roof, shading, weather, usage and tariffs.
- The fixed quote is issued after a site survey. It states the system, components, price and payment terms. Once you sign it, the price doesn’t change unless you ask for a change in scope.
- Prices on the website include GST and are indicative until confirmed in a signed quote.
Subsidies and approvals
We prepare and follow up subsidy and net-metering applications on your behalf. Approval and payment of any subsidy are decided by the government and the electricity distribution company, not by us. We can’t guarantee the amount or the timing of any subsidy.
Payments
Payments are made by bank transfer, UPI, or online through Razorpay. The payment schedule for each project is stated in its quote. Academy fees are paid before the course starts. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
Warranties
- Workmanship: 5 years from commissioning.
- Free maintenance: the first year after commissioning.
- Panels, inverters and batteries: covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, which we pass on to you and help you claim.
Warranties don’t cover damage from misuse, unauthorised changes, natural disasters, or work done by others on the system.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your property, ownership and electricity connection.
- Provide safe access to the roof and site for survey, installation and maintenance.
- For rented premises, obtain the owner’s written consent before installation.
Academy courses
Course materials are for your personal use. Don’t copy, resell or share them. Course content is educational; business results depend on your own work and market conditions.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or savings, except where the law doesn’t allow this limit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
