Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

We don’t ship products by courier. Our services are delivered as installations at your site, or as training.

Solar installations

Service area: Chennai and surrounding districts of Tamil Nadu. Projects outside this area are quoted case by case.
Timeline: residential systems are installed in about 3 working days on site, and commercial systems up to 50 kW within 2 weeks. We fix the installation date with you after the signed quote and advance payment.
Materials are delivered by our team or suppliers directly to your site as part of the installation, at no extra charge within the service area.
Net metering and subsidy timelines depend on the electricity distribution company and the government, not on us. We file the applications after commissioning and keep you updated.
Delays: if a delay is expected, we tell you on WhatsApp with a revised date.

Online courses: access details are sent to your email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment.
In-person training: the venue, dates and joining instructions are sent within 24 hours of payment.
